“chase” their own Irish ancestors, visit with long-lost Irish cousins & enjoy many of Ireland’s magical & enchanting sites.
The presentation will include:
• Key genealogy websites one can use to locate where one’s Irish ancestors lived in Ireland.
• Preparing historical and modern maps to go directly to your ancestor’s home townland.
• Making connections ahead of time with key people who can help you plan your trip to Ireland.
• How DNA can help you identify “long lost cousins” living on the Emerald Isle!
And most importantly, how to take in Ireland’s magical & enchanting  countryside, megalithic sites, tourist sites & much more while
“Chasing YOUR Irish Ancestors!”Note: Kate & Mike will bring with them some apple cider and Cider Belly Doughnuts for all to enjoy … doughnuts courtesy of Andy and Jenn Novak, as well as the crew at Cider Belly Doughnuts in Albany & Colonie!
